Become a Vendor at the Capital Fair!

The Fair attracts 75,000 guests each year! Come meet them at our Fair.

Contracts and the right* to select a location will be confirmed once your $250.00 deposit is received. * First right to renew goes to last year’s concessionaires up to midnight, March 31st, 2020 after which all location awards are allocated on a time stamped basis.

We limit vendor types to protect profitability:

  • 4 Food/chip vendors

  • 3 Soft ice cream vendors

  • 2 Hard scoop ice cream vendors

  • 2 Slushie or freezie vendors

  • 2 Candy vendors

  • 12 Personal product vendors

  • 6 Specialty food/drink vendors

  • 2 Participatory event vendors

  • 3 new or unique vendors

  • Note! Midway vendors are independant.

Our base packages include:

  • A minimum of 10 ft frontage with up to 20ft of depth. Additional frontage/depth if available is negotiable.

  • FOOD VENDORS $1,100 for first 10ft. (minimum).
    $80 for each additional foot required.

  • CANDY VENDORS $1,250 for first 10ft. (minimum).
    $85 for each additional foot required.

  • ITINERANT VENDORS $850 for first 10ft. (minimum).
    $50 for each additional foot required.

  • NOT-FOR-PROFITS No charge with refundable performance deposit.

  • 2 @ 120 volt/15amp circuits

  • 1 @ stock truck parking pass (may be used behind your booth if there is sufficient space).

  • GAS membership (see Membership page)

Our base prices are:

  • FOOD VENDORS

    Full 10 day run = $1100

    Three day weekend = $800

  • CANDY VENDORS

    10 day full run = $1250

    Three day weekend = $900

  • OUTDOOR ITINERANT VENDORS
    (clothes, tools, services. etc.)

    10 day full run = $850

    Three day weekend = $600

  • NOT-FOR-PROFITS*

    * a 100% refundable performance deposit to be negotiated..

All vendor contracts include 2 @ 120V 15A duplexes.  To upgrade or purchase additional power configurations are available
