Secure Your Spot Today:

Learn more about becoming a vendor at The Capital Fair to connect with a diverse audience and grow your business.

  • We give priority to last year’s vendors to renew their participation until midnight on March 31st. After this date, locations are allocated on a time-stamped basis.
  • To become a vendor, you also need to become a member of the Gloucester Agricultural Society.
  • To protect profitability and promote fair competition, we limit the number of products sold per vendor.
  • Please note that we do not book vendors for the midway.
  • Once we receive your application, if it is accepted, we will email you the next steps to sign the contract and secure your location.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be a part of one of the most exciting events of the year!
