What does it look like?

We have several areas where we need volunteer support, and we do our best to match your interests and skills with the role that suits you best. Whether you’re outgoing, organized, hands-on, or creative, there’s a place for you here!

“As a music lover I was originally drawn to the fair when a longtime director and friend invited me to help out with music acts at the main stage. Three years in and I am an active member of the board and have come to appreciate all the efforts of the special folks that work diligently all year long with a common goal. To bring happiness, fun and smiles to the kids and families for 9 days in August. The fact that we have a dedicated time for kids with special needs is the icing on the cake for me. Whether you’re in high school, a working professional, a busy parent, or retired, we welcome volunteers from all walks of life. If you’re excited to be part of The Fair, we want to hear from you.

Volunteers will receive orientation before The Fair opens. Each shift is approximately 4 hours, with a minimum of 3 shifts required.

We do our best to match each volunteer with a role that aligns with their skills, interests, and availability. While we can’t guarantee specific placements, we consider your preferences and try to find the best fit for a positive and fulfilling experience.
