Yes! We offer wheelchair-accessible portable toilets throughout the site and a family-friendly layout.
A variety of local vendors will be serving tasty treats, from hot food and ice cream to slushies and classic fair treats.
Only certified service animals and performing animals are allowed. Proof of certification may be requested at the gate.
Your gate ticket gives you access to all shows, exhibits, and zones. Midway ride tickets and bracelets are sold separately.
Taking transit? Ride OC Transpo to Findlay Creek Plaza, then grab a taxi or Uber to the Fairgrounds, now located at the intersection of Rideau Road and Albion Road (right across from the church).
The Capital Fair 2025 will take place at a new location — right at the intersection of Rideau Road & Albion Road, directly across from the church.
While we’ve previously hosted the Fair at the Rideau Carleton Casino, this year’s move gives us even more room to bring you the rides, food, and fun you love. It’s the same great fair, just across the street — and we can’t wait to see you there!
The Fair runs from Friday, August 15, to Sunday, August 24, in the following hours:

Thursday, Aug 21: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday, Aug 22: Noon – 11:00 PM
