Yes. To participate as a vendor of The Capital Fair and access one of our vendor packages, you must first become a member of the Gloucester Agricultural Society (GAS). Visit our Vendor Page to explore available packages and start your application.

As a member, you’re directly contributing to the growth and direction of Ottawa’s largest regional fair. Your voice, vote, and potential leadership help ensure The Capital Fair continues to be inclusive, innovative, and community-driven.
To be eligible to vote or be nominated as an Associate Director, you must become a member by September 30th of the current calendar year.
Anyone 18 years or older can become a member! We especially encourage past and current vendors, entertainers, exhibitors, and volunteers to join and take part in shaping the future of The Capital Fair.
